TUFH National Center of Excellence Program 2025
A Collaboration to Advance Impact, Accreditation, and Leadership
Overview: The purpose of the 2025 National Center of Excellence Program is to support global leaders and their institutions in establishing a TUFH Chapter in their respective countries or regions.
National Center of Excellence Institutional Leaders and Teams will receive support in the following areas:
- Leadership Skills Enhancement: Strengthening leadership skills and competencies for establishing a collaborating center of excellence, which includes:
a) Strategy development of a national leadership council across institutions and in partnership with government;
b) Adoption and implementation of social accountability and interprofessional education and collaborative care principles and standards within their own institution and across multiple institutions within their country;
c) Fundraising support to pay the technical tool license fee and to support the local infrastructure. - Advocacy and Policy Leadership: Enhancing advocacy and policy leadership strategy competencies for partnership and collaboration with government and other authorities representing the collective interests of a collaborating center of excellence.
- Clinical Guidelines and Training: Adoption and implementation of clinical guidelines and training programs aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills to more effectively serve specific populations, including but not limited to Indigenous peoples, migrants and refugees and asylum seekers, individuals in remote and rural areas, women, the elderly, and care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.

● Signed MOU
2025:
● Establish Leadership Council: Form a council involving government and certification
institutions.
● Grow Institutional Membership: Attract 10+ new institutions to become TUFH members.
● Launch Leadership Fellowship: Initiate the Country Leadership Fellowship with key
deliverables such as the ISAT Institutional Self-Assessment and development of Policy Strategies.
2026:
● Continue Leadership Fellowship: Expand and strengthen the fellowship program.
● Expand Institutional Membership: Further grow the number of participating institutions.
● Launch TUFH Academies: Introduce student and faculty academies to enhance
education and leadership.
● Implement Communities of Practice: Adopt and roll out TUFH’s Communities of Practice initiatives.
