
Nicholas Torres, M.Ed, has over 25 years of experience in executive management, Nicholas works at the cross section between the private sector, government, and not-for-profits to align them toward collective social impact and change public policy. Nicholas has led and founded multiple for-profit and not-for-profit social ventures that are driven both by social impact and financial sustainability measures. Some of his launched social ventures include charter schools, an early literacy technology platform; school-based health centers; and community-based satellite college sites. Nicholas serves in the capacity of Executive Director of The Network: Towards Unity for Health where he provides governance, strategy, and financial oversight.
He also serves as CEO and President (Interim) for The Alliance for Health Equity Foundation. He is Co-Founder and manager of Social Innovations Partners which publishes the Social Innovations Journal. He teaches Nonprofit Leadership, Social Policy, and Social Entrepreneurship at University of Pennsylvania.

Aricia De Kempeneer, M. Sc., is the Operations and Programming Director for The Network: Towards Unity For Health. She is responsible for managing the annual conferences, virtual regional conferences, TUFH Symposiums and Workshops, TUFH Academies, ISAT, iSTEP, Digital Aspects, Social Media, Newsletter, Communications and Membership. In addition, Aricia is the liaison to the Student Network Organization.
Aricia holds a Masters in Health Education and Promotion from Ghent University and a Bachelor in Midwifery from Erasmus Hogeschool. She works as an independent midwife in Belgium and gives prenatal lessons, prenatal care, and postnatal follow-up.
Prior to The Network: TUFH Aricia worked as a midwife in Gambia, Finland, United Kingdom, and Belgium in low-risk birthing units. She co-founded and was the first president of the Student Network Organization in 2015. She has been attending TUFH annual conferences since 2012.

Serving in the capacity of Social Media & Conferences Manager at TUFH. Nikolaj Hansen-Turton also serves as Education Platform and Social Media Manager for the Social Innovations Journal. Originally from Philadelphia and now lives in London. Currently finishing studies at Queen Mary, University of London – MSc Digital Marketing.


Delicia Rorich works with the Operations and Programming Director to organize and manage the bi-weekly TUFH Symposiums, Workshops and TUFH Academies. Delicia is an administrative officer at the University of the Western Cape (UWC), Faculty of Community and Health Sciences, in Cape Town, South Africa. Completed Project Management and Business Management certificates and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Diploma in Public Administration programme at the University of the Western Cape (UWC), Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences.
